To mark its 30^th anniversary year, the Worshipful Company of Tax Advisers has launched a new series of webinars, on topics currently weighing most heavily on the collective mind of the tax profession.

The second webinar in the series, is on Monday 3rd November 2025, when Tom Wallace, WTT’s Director for Tax Dispute Resolution & their HMRC Litigation Specialist, will explore the challenges faced during a HMRC Tax Investigation.

The webinar will cover:

• Latest trends in HMRC investigation and enforcement
• What makes a client more likely to be investigated
• Managing client expectations during stressful reviews
• Role of digital records, MTD and third-party data
